Overview

Local Narcissist accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, fragrance, staining, damage, alteration, or missing tags may be refused.

Starting A Return

To request a return, contact Client Care with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Do not send items back without return instructions. Returns must be sent to the return location provided by Local Narcissist.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not available, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact Client Care with your order number and clear photos of the issue as soon as possible.
