General Return Policy:
- Return Period: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Returns Process:
- Store Credit: For returns based on personal preference, store credit equal to the value of the returned items is offered.
- Payment Refund: For returns based on error, such as incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, a full refund to your original method of payment is offered.
Free Return Shipping:
Free return shipping for all orders
- Return Process: Initiate return by contacting returns@localnarcissist.com where a representative will guide you through the steps and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Packing and Sending: Securely pack the items and documentation in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop the package off at the nearest shipping centre.
Refund Processing:
- Store Credit: Immediately issued upon processing your return.
- Payment Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item, credited to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance items and special orders.
